We love this hotel and return every year. We were attending a conference at the Convention Center. The hotel is in a perfect location with a beautiful view. We had two suites with harbour views. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The free breakfast was appreciated and had a good selection. The lounge areas were great especially the fire pits. lused the gym this time too. Loved the Peloton bikes. All the staff we met were great, very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Alfonso for great customer service and for sorting us two rooms on a high floor and next to each other. Absolutely no negatives at all from us! Thanks for another great stay!

The facility was located in a great spot, and it was easy to get everywhere. We also appreciated all the help that the staff gave us no matter when we had a question. They were always at the top of their game and in good spirits and knowledgeable. It’s a great place to stay if a person needs to accommodate five people. Next time if we are in San Diego and it’s just my husband and me, I doubt we will stay here. During the weekend it got overrun by a lot a little kids that is out of the hotels control and not really a ding on the hotel itself. It is superb for family.

The person at the reception was extremely accommodating when we requested a top floor so our autistic child (who has issues with vibrational noise) could relax. We also like that you could walk either way, to the Maritime Museum or to Little Italy and explore. It was extremely close to the airport too. The hotel is modern, clean, and the onsite restaurant is great!
